The hotel is situated in a quiet street leading to the beach, offering a cozy and peaceful neighborhood. It's super close to the beach, just a short 4-minute walk away, making it convenient for beach lovers like me. While the rooms had a slight old carpet smell when the windows were closed, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a quiet cozy neighborhood with a quiet street that leads to the beach. It's close to everything we like on the Cape and to the nearest beach. The rooms, despite a slight issue with a musty smell when the windows are closed, offer decent comfort. The service was lacking in terms of customer care and housekeeping. The hotel is equipped with shops/commercial services, and tours/ticket assistance. The dining options are diverse, catering to all tastes with freshly prepared eggs and included choices. However, the facilities could use some improvement.
